1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or using any Arouki eSIM product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Our service

Arouki eSIM provides digital eSIM data plans covering 200+ destinations, including regional and global passes. We source plans from third-party network operators and deliver them digitally by email.

eSIM connectivity depends on third-party mobile network operators in each destination. Coverage, network speed, and availability may vary by location and are outside our control. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service, specific data speeds, or coverage in any particular area.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase. Your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.

4. Orders and payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed in your checkout summary is the price you will be charged.

5. eSIM delivery

Your eSIM QR code will be delivered by email, typically within 5 minutes.

Important: Each QR code is single-use. Scanning the QR code — even once — activates the eSIM at the network level and makes it ineligible for a refund, regardless of whether any data has been used. Do not scan the QR code until you are ready to use the eSIM at your destination.

6. Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if your request is made within 7 calendar days of your purchase date and the eSIM has not been installed on any device (i.e. the QR code has not been scanned and added to a phone or tablet).

Once an eSIM QR code has been scanned and installed on a device — even if no data has been consumed, or your trip was cancelled — the eSIM is considered activated at the network level and is no longer eligible for a refund. This is an industry-wide constraint that applies to all eSIM providers worldwide.

Exception: if your eSIM fails to function due to a verified technical fault on our end (such as an invalid activation code or provisioning failure), you are entitled to a full refund regardless of installation status. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase date with your order number and a description of the issue.

Device incompatibility: If you are unable to install or use the eSIM because your device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked, this does not qualify for a refund. You are required to confirm your device supports eSIM (EID visible in settings) before completing your purchase.

Top-up purchases: Additional data top-ups applied to an installed eSIM are non-refundable. Data is added to your eSIM immediately once the order is placed and cannot be reversed.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. All transactions are in USD; exchange-rate fluctuations are outside our control.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with subject line 'Refund Request — [Your Order Number]'. See our full Refund Policy at arouki.com/refunds.

We verify all refund requests against our technical records. Submitting false or misleading information may result in account suspension and referral to our payment processor.

7. Acceptable use

You may use our eSIMs for lawful personal or business data connectivity only. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network or carrier outages, government restrictions, or events affecting our upstream suppliers.

10. Dispute resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the party seeking resolution must notify the other in writing and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
