Installation guides, FAQs, and device compatibility.

Installation guides

Step-by-step instructions for your device.

iPhone

  1. Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
  2. Tap "Use QR Code" and scan the QR code from your email
  3. Follow the prompts to complete installation
  4. On arrival, open the eSIM line and turn on Data Roaming — wait 1–3 minutes to connect

Don't delete the eSIM after installing. Most travel eSIMs can't be reinstalled once removed — it's safe to install before your trip and simply switch on Data Roaming after you land.

Device compatibility

Check if your device supports eSIM by looking for an "EID" number in your phone settings. Note: Most phones purchased in mainland China do not support travel eSIMs sold by overseas providers.
